ABN Australia is pleased to announce the launch of our refreshed brand and new website, marking an important milestone in our growth and our continued commitment to supporting international businesses entering the Australian market.

The firm has also completed a structural demerger, separating our domestic corporate secretarial division into a standalone brand, CoSec Partners. This change allows ABN Australia to focus exclusively on inbound investment and the needs of foreign-owned companies establishing and growing their Australian operations.

Why we made this change

In recent years, we have seen a significant increase in global businesses choosing Australia as part of their expansion plans. This has driven strong growth across our market-entry, tax, governance, and compliance services, and particularly in our work with foreign-owned entities.

As the business evolved, it became clear that the needs of international clients are materially different from the domestic corporate secretarial support used by local accounting and legal firms. The decision to separate these functions was based on one goal: to give both client groups the focus, systems, and expertise they deserve.

The new structure ensures:

  • ABN Australia remains 100% dedicated to inbound investment, international compliance, and supporting global companies entering Australia.

  • CoSec Partners becomes a specialist provider delivering streamlined corporate secretarial services to domestic accounting and legal practices, with its own dedicated website.

This separation brings clarity to both service lines and strengthens our ability to provide exceptional outcomes for each client base.

A brand that reflects who we are today

Our refreshed brand and website reflect the firm we have become: a global-facing, technology-enabled advisory partner for international companies operating in Australia.

The update brings our identity in line with how we work today. We’re a modern Australian firm that supports international businesses with clear information, practical guidance and a straightforward, organised approach. We’ve grown significantly in recent years, and the new identity makes that progress visible in a simple and genuine way.

The visual design is clean, calm and grounded in Australian tones. It avoids unnecessary complexity. Instead, it delivers an organised layout, clearer navigation and a warmer, more approachable style, making it easier to find what you need and understand how we support businesses at every stage.

The new identity speaks to three pillars that underpin our work:

  • Launch – helping businesses establish a correct and compliant entity structure

  • Manage – delivering ongoing governance, tax and regulatory support

  • Grow – enabling operational expansion with confidence

This evolution also acknowledges our heritage as a family-run business founded in 1976, while presenting a modern identity aligned with the global clients we serve today.

Supporting Australia’s role as a destination for international investment

Australia continues to attract strong interest from international companies seeking a stable, regulated and growth-oriented marketplace. Our renewed focus positions ABN Australia to contribute meaningfully to this broader ambition.

Commercial Director Commentary

Commercial Director Richard Chatten said the new brand reflects both the firm’s evolution and its commitment to delivering specialist expertise to international clients: “Our work has increasingly centred on helping international companies enter and operate in Australia. The new brand and structure reflect the reality of where our clients need us most; specialised, high-quality support for inbound investment. This positions ABN Australia for the next decade of growth.”

Looking ahead

This brand refresh is not just a visual update, it is a clear signal of where we are heading.

We remain committed to building a best-in-class advisory platform for international companies and strengthening Australia’s reputation as an accessible, transparent and business-friendly jurisdiction.

We thank our clients, partners, and team for their support throughout this transition.

We look forward to the next chapter and to continuing our mission of helping global businesses succeed in Australia.
