ABN Australia unveiled its growth achievements and future strategy to staff last week, concluding the session with a hands-on three-hour barbecue cooking class.

Managing Director Aaron Garry and Commercial Director Richard Chatten presented the company’s recent performance, outlined key milestones from the past year, and shared the strategic roadmap guiding ABN Australia’s next phase of development.

The interactive barbecue session at the Weber Grill Academy Adelaide combined practical cooking instruction with team collaboration, giving staff the chance to learn directly from barbecue specialists while fostering engagement in a relaxed, social setting.

The event highlighted ABN Australia’s commitment to blending professional development with team-building experiences, demonstrating how the organisation invests in its people while maintaining focus on business growth.

Staff feedback emphasised the value of combining formal presentations with interactive learning, reinforcing the company’s culture of collaboration, skill development, and shared celebration of organisational achievements.
