Aaron Garry Managing Director
Aaron leads our team of professional staff in delivering on the vision for our company, which is to help global businesses succeed in Australia.
A Chartered Accountant, he has assisted hundreds of global firms with their market entry and ongoing compliance requirements for Australia, offering a specialised mix of international and local knowledge to any client project.
In addition to managing overall service delivery to our clients, Aaron drives forward the key strategic and commercial opportunities for ABN Australia.
Prior to ABN Australia, he worked both locally and internationally as a financial accountant for several large financial services businesses within the funds management sector.
Ian Pelayo Director of Corporate Secretarial
Ian has a vast amount of experience in the corporate services industry. Ian overseas the establishment of our client's business structures, ongoing ASIC compliance, and a range of secretarial matters as needed.
Richard Chatten Commercial Director
Richard joined ABN Australia in February 2023 as Commercial Director, having previously worked with a highly regarded tax and accounting group headquartered in the UK. Richard headed up the franchise support to Australia, Ireland, Canada and the US, and was a key contributor to the business development and operational rollout of their successful franchise model.
With Richard’s extensive experience in business development and expertise in international markets, he brings broad experience and a stakeholder management skillset with him. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, as well as nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners. As Commercial Director, Richard operates from the United Kingdom (England), providing our clients and partners localised support across the UK and European regions.
James Thomas Director of People Services
James joined ABN Australia after nearly 15 years in operations management and Human Resources roles across both large and small organisations. A member of AHRI and accredited in several HR instruments, James leads the delivery of our Workforce Solutions services, providing clients with specialist services to meet their workforce needs in Australia.
Manraj Singh Senior Client Manager
Manraj is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our tax and accounting services to clients, while also providing leadership and technical support to the wider team.
Manraj comes to us with a wealth of experience, having worked with several prominent accounting firms in Australia, including BDO, Pitcher Partners, and KPMG. His very strong communication skills and technical experience adds value to our service delivery and team structure.
Anthony Sallis Operations Manager
Anthony previously worked as a lawyer for a decade in a professional practice, and has a working background and strong interest in technology, finance, and security. His broad experience and versatility makes him a great asset for the business in this role.
Ro Elvinia Customer Success & Marketing Manager
Ro has a decade of experience in technical and content writing, as well as several years of experience in client and project management. Her background in writing is particularly strong, which is valuable for creating content on our website, our marketing activities, business development, partnerships and prospective client management. Throughout her career, Ro has assisted her parents in operating a small business, has worked as a retail banker at JP Morgan and Chase, has recently worked at an immigration practice as a Senior Writer and Immigration Paralegal. Ro has a strong academic background, has a great attitude, is very organised, has a strong attention to detail.
Mari Tsutsumi Senior Manager Accountant
Mari is a CPA qualified accountant with more than 10 years experience in Japan and in Australia. Mari brings a wealth of experience from her time working at large corporate services provider, where she specialised in providing tax and accounting services to international clients. In her role at ABN Australia, Mari supports the Senior Client Manager in overseeing client deliverables and assisting the team with any queries or requests.

David Garry Chairman & Resident Director
As Chairman of ABN Australia, David Garry has been incorporating companies, family trusts, unit trusts and self-managed superannuation funds since 1976 for clients in the accounting and legal professions, establishing over 200,000 entities across Australia and New Zealand.
In addition to his work at ABN Australia, David has invested as an equity partner and operated numerous small businesses in various industries, including successfully listing a public company on the Australian Stock Exchange. He possesses a diverse range of corporate and life skills, and his professional memberships include being a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Governance and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, each for over 40 years.
David provides Nominee Director services for overseas corporations establishing business operations in Australia, offering strategic compliance advice.
