ABN Australia enhances hiring capabilities with new recruiter
ABN Australia strengthens its talent acquisition efforts with the addition of an experienced recruiter.

To support its growing workforce as the company expands to meet increasing demand for its services, ABN Australia has appointed Kristine Milca as its Talent Business Partner, working alongside James Thomas. She plays a key role in identifying top talent and aligning recruitment strategies with the company’s organisational goals.
Kristine is a dynamic HR professional with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations and HR management. She has successfully led HR initiatives across multiple industries and international markets, including Australia, the Middle East, the United States, Canada and the Philippines.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from De La Salle University and is a Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the American Certification Institute. Additionally, she is a Hogan Certified Psychometric Test Administrator.
With expertise in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, strategic workforce planning, human resources information system, applicant tracking systems and international labour laws, she will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process and ensuring ABN Australia attracts high-calibre professionals to support its continued expansion.
